The first to arrive were the children of Rice and Sarah (ADAMS) BEADLES. Rice BEADLES was born about 1760. About 1848, William BEADLES, son of Seaton BEADLES, moved to Fulton County from Johnson County, Indiana. Seaton was about the same age Rice (see above). In the 1900s, another William BEADLES, from the Scott-Morgan County, Illinois area came to Canton, Illinois. His ancestor was Berryman BEADLES, born about 1794. Berryman was not a son of Rice and probably also not a son of Seaton. I'd be interested in corresponding with anyone interested in these families. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Subject: COONTZ Submitter: Melissa Calhoun , melissa@outfitters.com Date added: Sun Jun 30 23:53:28 CDT 1996 See also Web URL: http://www.outfitters.com/~melissa/genealogy/beadles/ I'm interested in: Nancy COONTZ married Anderson BEADLES in 1838 in Fulton County, IL Is she the same as: Mrs. Nancy BEADLES who married William BEADLES in 1848?
